Martin 000 12-Fret Flame Mahogany
Having the ability to design a Martin is a joy, but can be a bit overwhelming. With this model, we tried our best to make a unique, simple, barebones guitar with a beautiful voice. I think we accomplished just that with this 000.
An all flame mahogany body gives the guitar a warmer tone than spruce topped guitars. The flame figuring is something to behold. The neck meets the body at 12th fret. A slotted headstock sits on top of a mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard.
Many of the upgraded features are under the hood. Cloth side strips give the instrument some reinforcement. Golden era style scalloped bracing results in more top flexability. This means more bass response from this instrument. The bracing is made of Adirondack spruce.
This seemingly simple guitar is packed with upgrades. Makes for a beautiful playing, lovely sounding instrument. Comes with original hardshell case.
