Goodall Concert Jumbo Acoustic Guitar Macassar Ebony
Goodall Guitars was formed in 1972 with a simple premise; Acoustic Excellence. Known for their beautiful wood selections, refined designs and appointments, and great playability. Offering tasteful appointments and avoiding overly extravagant cosmetic options, they allow the natural beauty of the woods to tell their own story.
This is an example of a Goodall with everything that makes them so desirable. The comfortable Concert Jumbo size projects very well. The neck meets the body at the 14th fret and features a 25.5" scale length with a 1.75" nut. The Western Cedar top give this guitar a warmer voice. The key (and most interesting) feature of this guitar is the Macassar Ebony Back and sides. A beautiful grain pattern combined with the nice color is really something to behold. Gives off a nice tone as well. Macassar Ebony is no longer offered on Goodall guitars. The bridge, bridgepins, endpin, pedheads, and binding are done in Ebony. The comfortability of the satin finished neck and the tuning stability of the Schaller mini tuners are the icing on the cake.
Cosmetically, this guitar is in great condition. Very light scratching throughout the body and light to moderate scratching on the clear pickguard. Comes with original hardshell case.
